Terms and Conditions

1. Payment will is required to reserve date. Please complete booking form to agree to our terms and conditions and we will review your order and request payment to confirm your reservation.
2. Carded Yard greetings are rented for approximately 24 hours. Typically we set up your display the evening before the event and pick up the next night or the morning following the event.  Greetings can stay up longer for an additional charge.
3. Carded Lawn and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during setup, display time or take down of the yard greeting.
4. Please DO NOT move or remove any part of the display, including our advertising signs or logos. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the display is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from  Carded Lawn. All signs, stakes and other parts of the yard greeting display remain the property of Carded Lawn.
5. You are responsible for replacement of damaged or missing signs, graphics, letters or stakes at full replacement value. Full payment for damage will be enforced.
6. Please DO NOT allow anyone or pets play with, on or around the yard greeting display.  Our signs and stakes will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting or playing on them.
7. Please turn off sprinkler systems and postpone lawn service for the duration of your yard greeting display rental. Lawnmowers, yard trimmers, sprinklers, etc., could damage the display.
8. Carded Lawn reserves the right to decline orders that that do not fit the definition of celebratory, examples are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful to the nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
9. ​Cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to your reserved date will receive a full refund. 
10. If we are unable to deliver your yard greeting due to inclement weather (lightening, high winds, etc.) we will attempt to reschedule the greeting or offer a full refund.​
