How long are the lawn card rentals?
Rentals duration are up to 24 hours for first day, additional days are available and can be indicated on booking form.
How much do I pay for a lawn card rental?
Please see the home page or booking for pricing. Base prices excludes travel charges. Travel charges for zip codes we serve are FREE.
What are the charges for multiple days?
Subject to availability, we charge $20 per day up to 2 additional days. Base charges will be applied subsequently for more than 3 days.
Which zip codes do we serve?
We serve all or part of zip codes in Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, Fulshear, Sugar Land, areas in Missouri city, West Houston, Stafford. Serving outside these cities might incur travel charges. Serviced zip codes are listed in booking form.
What are the acceptable payments?
Acceptable payment methods include Debit/ Credit cards, PayPal and Zelle. Payment must be received to confirm date, before the greeting is displayed.
When is the latest time to book?
To avoid extra rush delivery charges, booking(s) must be submitted 24 hours before date of event i.e. try to book at least 2 days before event to avoid extra charge. A cut off time for payment will be indicated in the invoice sent to customer.
What are the installation and pickup times?
We pick up and deliver the greetings between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM on day before event, unless other arrangements have been made. Pick up is after 7pm, not less the 24 hours cycle of 1st day or extra day(s). We can also install at other times of the day like mornings or daytime.
Is anyone required to available during delivery and pick up?
Not necessarily, however in some instances, we will need your availability if it's been agreed upon for any reason.
What is the policy on damaged signs?
All signs are property of Carded Lawn. You will be responsible for missing or damaged lawn display items.
